Every floor cleared unlocks the next multiplier. After succesfully climbing on to the next floor: You either choose to climb again, or take the Early Retirement and cash out stake × current multiplier — instantly, on-chain. Just don't remain idle for 5 minutes, or HR closes your file.
TRUST NOTHING · VERIFY EVERYTHING
The HR letters hurt. The math doesn't. Every outcome in the office tower is committed on-chain before you climb and auditable after you quit.
Before your climb even starts, the contract commits keccak256(serverSeed, runId) on-chain. Outcomes derive from the revealed seed plus your own player entropy — seeds rotate with hashes committed on-chain, and every single ladder is verifiable after the run.
blockhash() and prevrandao are insecure on LitVM — so this game simply never touches them. The upgrade path to DIA VRF is wired through a multisig, meaning no unilateral switches and no trust-me-bro randomness.
No whales, no bots, no PvP, no dealer with a tell. Immutable code runs the office tower exactly as written — it can't tilt, and no one can rig your ladder.
